

The issue here is that nearly everything visible in the video is behind an occlusion plane (shown as a grey square in the Creation Kit), as seen in this screenshot: As I walk forwards, closer to the plane, more and more objects are occluded, until I pass through the occlusion plane and the objects reappear.
